  • WHAT ARE THE OFFICE HOURS?
    Office Hours Currently, Osprey Storage Howard is being remotely operated from our sister property Storage Lounge at 1721 Premier Drive, Mankato, MN 56001. Storage Lounge office hours are: Mon – Fri: 9:00am – 5:00pm Sat: 9:00am - 12:00pm Sun: Closed
  • WHEN ARE RENTAL PAYMENTS DUE?
    The rental due date is the first day of the month. A late fee is enforced if payments are not received by the 6th day of the month. The easiest way to get your payment to us quickly is through your online account.
  • HOW DO I PAY MY STORAGE BILL?
    You can pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card in our payment portal. You can access this through the "Pay Rent" tab from our website.
  • WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY BELONGINGS?
    At Osprey Storage Howard, you can access your belongings 24/7
  • IS INSURANCE REQUIRED?
    Yes, you are required to have tenant insurance to protect your items. You can use your own insurance or our properties provided insurance when booking a unit.
  • AM I REQUIRED TO STORE LONG-TERM?
    Tenants are never required to store long-term. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.
  • WHAT SECURITY FEATURES DO YOU OFFER?
    Osprey Storage Howard offers 24/7 security surveillance cameras.
  • DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN LOCK?
    Yes, you will need to provide your own lock for your unit. Please check with the office to see if we have any available for purchase.
